  • Conducted assignments on market strategies, pricing, competitors, customers, competitive manufacturing economics, and raw material costs.
  • Discovered material costs for global plastic resin manufacturers, compounders, additive producers and OEMs.
  • Moved to field sales servicing injection molders in Jilin province supporting automotive manufacturing based in Changchun.
  • At Dongguan Compounds, Tsu's material knowledge, technical background and hands-on experience helped the automotive business have annual double digit growth.
  • Began career running extrusion machinery and supervised workers running multiple lines in a plastic compounding plant. Responsibilities involved plant management including production planning, supervision, scheduling, troubleshooting, and preventitive maintenance.
