The Chinese team traveled to competitive auto suppliers around China. Our primary research brought us to manufacturing plants throughout China to talk with manufacturing personnel, marketing people, sales people, customer service, distributors and government officials.
Primary research was done across China. It included the Northern automotive region of Changchun, a plant on the southern tropical island of Hainan, factories in Zhejiang province, and some western province factories.
