Primary Impact only focuses on China and the U.S. since that's where we live, speak the language, and know the markets. Our King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office manages the U.S. projects and our Chinese office is based in Shanghai.

For each business engagement, we travel throughout China to investigate competitive factories, assess distribution networks, meet with sales people, talk with production workers, and visit with government and industry officials.
Primary Impact has assessed factories of international companies in addition to private and state-owned Chinese businesses. Our investigations have included an automotive supplier in Hannan, a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Xian, hospitals in Chengdu, plastic compounders in Shenzhen, excipient suppliers in Shanghai, an additive supplier in Qingdao, a government banker in Xibo, a plastic resin distributor in Guangzhou, medical device businesses in Tianjin, injection molders outside of Shanghai, an automotive manufacturer in Changchun, and basic chemical suppliers in Beijing.
